Krug Park.
Krug Park is located in Saint Joseph at the northernmost end of Parkway St. Joseph. It features extensive landscaping and flowerbeds, as well as Italian Renaissance-style buildings. The park is a popular spot for both residents and visitors to the city. This park offers many activities, such as a nature trail and a playground. There is also a cafe.
The Krug family donated 140 acres of land to the park in 1936, giving it its current form and size. Over the years the park has had many additions such as a castle-like playground and a wading area. The park also houses one of Northwest Missouri's largest outdoor light displays.
