Krug Park.

Krug Park is located in Saint Joseph at the northernmost end of Parkway St. Joseph. It has extensive landscaping and flowers, and features structures in the style of the Italian Renaissance. This park is popular with both city residents and tourists. This park has many attractions, including a nature trail, playground, and café.

The Krug family donated 140 acres of land to the park in 1936, giving it its current form and size. The park has seen many improvements over the years, including a castle playground, and a wading swimming pool. The park also houses one of Northwest Missouri's largest outdoor light displays.

Krug Park was opened May 6, 1902. It is accessed via a stone gateway. There were also alligators and other exotic animals in the park. Old war cannons were also found in the park, as well as the Robidoux Cabin, which was claimed to belong to Joseph Robidoux.
