Krug Park.

Krug Park can be found at the north end of Parkway St. Joseph, Saint Joseph, Missouri. The park is known for its extensive landscaping, flowerbeds and structures that are inspired by the Italian Renaissance. This park is a favorite destination for residents as well as visitors to the city. There are many things you can do in the park, including a nature walk, a playground and a café.

The Krug family donated 140 acres to the park and gave it its current size and shape in 1936. Over the years, several improvements have been made to the park, including a castle play area and a wading pool. It is also home of one of the largest outdoor light shows in Northwest Missouri.

About St. Joseph

St. Joseph is a city in and the county seat of Buchanan County, Missouri. Small parts of St. Joseph extend into Andrew County.[2] Located on the Missouri River, it is the principal city of the St. Joseph Metropolitan Statistical Area, which includes Buchanan, Andrew, and DeKalb counties in Missouri and Doniphan County, Kansas.
